Before you are authorized to access this website, you must read and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them with care. By registering for the Service, You become an OasisLove.com member (a “Member”). By visiting the OasisLove© site, you agree to its Terms and Conditions for as long as you continue to be a Member. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE SERVICE. This Agreement may change at any time. Changes to it become effective upon posting by Oasislove.com on the website. Please consult this page frequently as it is your responsibility to be aware of amendments to the original Agreement. The official language of this Agreement is English and only the English version is to be considered as original.

Eligibility

By accessing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of its terms and conditions and that you are at least 18 years old, or 21-years old where 18 is not the age of majority. Term and Termination

Either you or OasisLove.com may terminate your membership by removing your profile, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation, effective upon sending written or e-mail notice to the other party.

Membership

A visitor (“Guest”), hereby defined as a single opt-in register but not member yet (e-mail address non verified yet - double opt-in), can freely access some of the services provided by the website without having registered its nickname. The Guest will not be visible by the other members and it can not interact with them. In order to access to the whole features provided by the website, it is necessary to be a registered member (after e-mail address verification).
Any and all services provided by OasisLove are totally free. OasisLove may display advertisment content in order to keep the service free.

You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's or e-mail addresses, other than where you are specifically asked for such information in the payment format. You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other members. You are solely responsible for Your interactions with other members. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between You and other members.
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other members. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members or to OasisLove.com employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos containing nudity or personal information. We reserve the right, but we have no obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with the prohibitions set forth in this section.

By becoming a member, you specifically agree to accept and consent to receiving e-mail communications initiated from OasisLove.com or Bewebcom.com or through OasisLove.com o Bewebcom.Com including, without limitation: message notification e-mails, e-mails informing you about events and parties we organize, e-mails informing you of promotions we run and e-mails informing you of changes to the Service. Should you not wish to receive any of our e-mail communications, please do not register with OasisLove.com for the Service.
You agree that We have no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by our Service. You acknowledge and accept that features, parameters or other services we provide may change at any time. You acknowledge and accept that we reserve the right to sign out, terminate, delete or purge your account from the Service if it is inactive. "Inactive" means that you have not signed in to the Service for a particular period of time, as determined by OasisLove.com, in our sole discretion (currently, we consider an account to be Inactive after 12 months).
We are entitled to investigate and terminate Your membership if You have misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate, unlawful or illegal. - to use any meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to OasisLove.com or to the Service or the site connected to the Service in order to direct any person to any other web site for any purpose;
- to engage in commercial activities and/or sales and/or chain letters and/or junk e-mails of any kind and for any purpose;
- WARNING: OasisLove.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on the Service and/or disclose to any other member;
you may use the website and the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws.
OasisLove.com reserves the right, without any obligation, to monitor and to verify the messages and photographs posted in the public areas of the website. OasisLove.com reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to refuses messages and/or photographs which are not according to this agreement.

Modification to Service

OasisLove.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a part of the Service with or without notice. You agree and accept that OasisLove.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service and you agree and accept that you will not be entitle of any refund unless the Service will be permanently closed which means totally and fully discontinued for 12 consecutive months.

You represent and warrant to OasisLove.com that the information posted in your profile including your photos are posted by you and that you are the exclusive author of your profile and the exclusive owner of your photographs. You assign to OasisLove.com, with full title guarantee, all copyright in your profile and your photographs posted, at any time, in connection with your use of the Service. You waive absolutely any and all rights to be identified as author of your profile and owner of your photograph and any similar rights in any jurisdiction in the world.

Privacy

Use of OasisLove.com site and/or its Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which may change occasionally. Any changes will be posted on the website. Our Privacy Policy is considered as part of this Agreement.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other OasisLove.com Members. OasisLove.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Disclaimers

OasisLove.com and/or Bewebcom Corp., including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the site or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users, members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member of the Service whether online or offline. OasisLove.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications. OasisLove.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the OasisLove.com site and/or in connection with the Service. Limitation on Liability

Software from this site is further subject to United States export controls. Arbitration of Disputes

Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or your relationship with OasisLove.com and/or your use of this site shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties to the arbitration shall evenly divide any and all costs of the arbitration. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida (USA). The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida (USA) before a retired judge and shall be governed by Florida law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Indemnity

You agree and accept to indemnify and hold OasisLove.com, Bewebcom Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

If to the Member:
To the e-mail address you provide to OasisLove.com at registration. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after e-mail is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the e-mail address is invalid. OasisLove.com may also send notices by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address you provide, if applicable, to OasisLove.com at payment. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.

You agree and accept that this Agreement and all incorporated Agreements may be assigned by OasisLove.com and/or Bewebcom corp, in our sole discretion, to a third party. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit or construe the scope or extent of such section. References to OasisLove.com shall include Bewebcom Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees. OasisLove.com's failure to respond to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

By accessing the OasisLove.com web site I hereby attest and affirm that I agree with all the terms and conditions of this agreement and I represent that I am of age. I hereby confirm that I sign this agreement at the date of my first access to the web site.
